Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

During weekends and holidays, shipments will still occur. These times normally have a higher volume of orders, please be considerate of the time you order in order to assure your package is delivered at the most convenient timing for you. If any unexpected delays occur, please make sure to be in contact with the Postal Service first as they are the ones that handle the packages after they are dropped off at one of their facilities. 


*Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please double-check your shipping information when providing a P.O Box or APO/FPO address to prevent any delays or confusion. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You should receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order is processed (1-3 business days). 

Customs, duties, and taxes

THE RICH GLOW SHOP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


THE RICH GLOW SHOP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at THE RICH GLOW SHOP.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will issue you store credit. You will receive the credit immediately after the item passes inspection. 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
